64bd Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 64bd in connection with your use of the platform, including all betting, casino gaming, slots, payment transactions, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. These Terms should be read alongside the 64bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 64bd.

64bd operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible via 64bd.club and any sub-domains or mirror domains officially designated by 64bd. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted, and 64bd reserves the right to restrict access from such jurisdictions at any time.

• Governing language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
• Amendments: 64bd may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-platform notifications or email where a valid address is held. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 64bd and supersede all prior communications.
• Waiver: Failure by 64bd to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of 64bd's right to enforce that provision in the future.

2 Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment services on 64bd, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 64bd account at any given time. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 64bd's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate account activity, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and their balances frozen pending investigation.

• Required information: Full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be provided accurately at registration.
• KYC verification: Before 64bd processes any withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account accuracy: You must notify 64bd support immediately if any registered information changes, particularly your mobile number or payment method details.
• Prohibited registrants: Individuals who are employees of 64bd or its service providers, or who have previously had a 64bd account permanently closed, are not permitted to register.
• Corporate accounts: 64bd accounts may only be held by natural persons. Registration in the name of a company, partnership, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted.

3 Age Restriction

64bd strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any game on the 64bd platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This confirmation is a material term of your agreement with 64bd.

64bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the lifecycle of your account. If you are unable to provide satisfactory age verification documents, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. If it is established that a player was under 18 at any point during their use of the platform, 64bd will void all bets placed and return net deposits made during the underage period, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

• Accepted age verification documents: Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence showing date of birth.
• Parental responsibility: If you are aware of any minor attempting to access the 64bd platform, please notify 64bd support immediately via Live Chat or email.
• Age verification at withdrawal: KYC age checks are conducted as part of the standard withdrawal verification process. No withdrawal will be processed without confirmed age verification.
• Under-18 account discovery: Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed. Net deposits (total deposited minus total withdrawn) will be refunded to the verified payment method used during the registration period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 64bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 64bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are SSL-encrypted end-to-end and processed through verified payment channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits typically credit your 64bd account within 60 seconds of confirmed transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically clear within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 30–60 minutes during standard Bangladesh banking hours (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
• Withdrawal method restriction: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit. 64bd does not permit withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used for deposit.
• Transaction limits: Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Contact 64bd support via Live Chat to confirm the limits applicable to your account level.
• Fees: 64bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 64bd's control.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not credit your 64bd account within 10 minutes of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction, contact 64bd support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before contacting support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

64bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Acceptance of any bonus on the 64bd platform constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

• Welcome bonus: New 64bd players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the turnover requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Until the turnover requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are non-withdrawable.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Eligible markets: Unless a bonus is specifically described as a casino bonus or slots bonus, wagering requirements may be fulfilled on specified sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets) at minimum odds stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: 64bd reserves the right to void bonus funds, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is detected.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts will be treated as duplicate account activity.
• Right to modify or withdraw: 64bd reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or to withdraw a promotional offer entirely at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 64bd are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated at the point of bet placement. By placing a bet on 64bd, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your 64bd wallet balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 64bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds changes: In-play odds on cricket, football, judo, and other markets may change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment of your confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by 64bd in circumstances including (but not limited to): event cancellation, event abandonment, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match fixing, or technical errors in bet processing. Voided bets are refunded to your 64bd wallet at the original stake amount.
• Cricket-specific rules: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on the 64bd platform. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) reduction, relevant markets will be settled in accordance with the official DLS result.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 64bd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical match moments such as wickets, reviews, or injury stoppages.
• Palpable errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that represent a clear and obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), 64bd reserves the right to void the affected bet regardless of whether it has already been settled.

7 User Obligations

As a registered player on 64bd, you accept a number of obligations that are essential to maintaining a fair, secure, and legally compliant platform for all users in Bangladesh. These obligations are ongoing throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Accurate information: You must provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your 64bd account profile. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or falsified identity documents — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your 64bd login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes) confidential. Do not share your account details with any third party. 64bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain password security.
• Personal use only: Your 64bd account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person — including family members — to place bets or access casino games using your account. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
• No automated betting: The use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the 64bd platform is strictly prohibited.
• No fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate 64bd transaction is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Respectful conduct: Players must interact respectfully with 64bd support staff at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 64bd staff will result in account restriction or permanent closure.
• Compliance with laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 64bd platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 64bd does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online betting in specific locations.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

64bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described below. Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time via the 64bd support team.

• Grounds for suspension: Suspected fraud, duplicate account activity, failure to complete KYC verification, breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or association with match-fixing activity.
• Grounds for permanent closure: Confirmed fraud, submission of falsified identity documents, confirmed underage gambling, confirmed multiple account operation, or repeated violation of these Terms after prior warning.
• Balance on closure: If an account in good standing is closed at 64bd's initiative without cause attributable to the player, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who request self-exclusion via 64bd support will have their account closed immediately. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is not permitted, and any such accounts opened in violation of a self-exclusion agreement will be closed without notice.
• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their 64bd account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via Live Chat. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method before the account is closed.
• Right of appeal: If you believe your 64bd account has been suspended or closed in error, you may contact the 64bd support team to request a review. 64bd will aim to respond to account suspension appeals within 5 business days.
